ClarisWorks 2.0

Challenge:
One missed phone call because of a poorly handwritten message, and I went to work on creating a database that we could save and archive phone leads and customer service calls. The project quickly became a CRM tool written first in ClarisWorks 2.0, and ported to FileMaker Pro running on our intranet.

Solution:
The base record was a phone message, and as our customer care touches increased, we continued to add the related data. There were screens for not only messages, but a complete customer information record, invoicing, sales commission report, project notes, contract generation, phone call notes, and checklist of sales process items including thank you notes - and long before MapQuest.com - directions to their address.
